Location is key. Sitting as it does on the Brooklyn-Queens border, Ridgewood has history. Ridgewood Park was the original home of the nascent Brooklyn Dodgers. The neighborhood was the birthplace of legendary actor James Cagney. Film crews have sought out its scenic streets for movie shoots including The French Connection, Brighton Beach Memoirs and Beat Street. Ridgewood prides itself on its vibrant community.

Our team jumped on the chance to breathe life into two abandoned buildings just blocks from the historic Ridgewood Theater building built in 1916. We completed a total gut renovation to create a residential complex with a complete range of amenities.
