This former Tea Factory was of the first “hipster” buildings in Bushwick, setting a development trend that has completely revitalized the neighborhood. The lofts are coveted by artists and musicians who joyfully post pictures of their rentals on Facebook, heartily claiming that it is “the only cool place left in New York!” The development even has its own Wikipedia page, has been profiled in The New York Times and is featured on the Arts in Bushwick website.

Maintaining the original character of the building, our team converted the old factory into a cool, charming residential building that is absolutely beloved by tenants. This early investment has long since confirmed our instincts.
